Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

The payment methods currently accepted on the g4999 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) and this applies to all methods.

g4999 offers new users a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x, meaning withdrawals cannot be made until bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount have been completed.

  • Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • The bonus usage period is limited to a set time from the date of registration.
  • g4999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

VIP Loyalty Program

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

g4999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate at each tier is as follows:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform. g4999 reserves the right to determine and change tier status.

5.2 Cashback Rules

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account within a set timeframe. Specific wagering conditions may need to be met before cashback funds can be withdrawn. For full details, please refer to the separate VIP program policy.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the g4999 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Each outcome is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Users have no control over this technology and g4999 does not guarantee advance knowledge of any game outcome.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:
